Reusable Cloth Nappies

- Maximum rebate amount is $150 per household

- Residents can claim a maximum of one 'Nappy' rebate and one 'Sanitary' rebate per household. Separate applications must be made for each program.

- The re-usable nappy rebate also includes pre-purchased nappies if adequate proof of purchase is provided

- This rebate can be used for cloth nappies, swim nappies, reusable inner liners for nappies, wet bags, reusable wipes associated with cloth nappies and reusable nursing pads.

- Rebate does not include transport costs, nappy hire, and single use items

- The applicant must provide a proof of residence, e.g. rates notice or utility bill

- The applicant must provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt must include the retailer’s name, date, and clear identification of name and cost of each individual item purchased

- Proof of purchase must be no older than three months 

- The copy of invoice or proof of purchase must be a whole copy, not partial copy

- By accepting this rebate, participants agree to be contacted six months following receipt of the rebate to take part in a user survey

- Parramatta City Council holds the right to reject any application

- The timeframe for this offer depends on funds available.
